katrinab, I use Custom Probiotics (http://www.customprobiotics.com/), and they say that "One can travel with our probiotics for 2-3 weeks without refrigeration. It is best however to keep probiotics refrigerated for optimum potency."
Also, Florastor (s. boulardii) should not be refrigerated.

I like Thorne's Bacillus Coagulans and also use the Prescript Assist one. I think they have been of help with IBS -type symptoms and I especially like the former.

I take them 3x a day, mid morning 2 hrs away from ABX, mid afternoon, 2 hrs before ABX, then 2 at night. Along with the liver supporting supplements.
Been dealing with yeast anyway...
