My doctor wants me on a tsp three times per day.
Also wondering if you have to space it, is it best to take with or without food, etc.
I'm also on Malrone and Artemisinin. Had to stop high dose resveratrol due to severe diarrhea.
Will be starting Samento and A Bart as well as a bio film buster once I get on the Crypto. Sort of bummed out that once I got to full dose Resveratrol I had to stop

Go SLOW!
Some start out with one drop each time.
I started out with 10. My legs fell out from under me.
Be sure to go slow and don't increase until you are comfortable at the dose you're at.
Say start at 1. Feel good for 3 days go to 2. Feel good for 3 days. Go to 4. Feel bad. Drop back down to 3. Etc.
It's a great herb, IMO! Good for strep also.

Everyone varies. I started with 5 drops twice a day and ramped up another 5 to 10 drops every 2 to 3 days without any reaction.
I guess I tolerated it pretty well, and was up to 1 tsp 2x/day in a month. Then started Sida Acuta on same ramp-up schedule. I never got to 1 tsp 3x/day, since mid-day is dedicated to magnesium spacing out and probiotics away from morning ABX and dinner ABX.

Ditto on the above. Crypto can pack quite a wallop. I couldn't even do one teaspoon. Your LLMD should be instructing you to go slow and not do 3 tsp. from the start.

Another thing is that crypto tastes horrendous! I am able to tolerate by putting it in pomegranate juice, which Buhner states, improves its effectiveness.

I'm definitely going to buy some pomegranate juice! It does taste nasty.
I think I'll try 5 drops twice per day for a bit - because I've beaten down the babs a bit.
We'll see. My Dr. does say to go slow but I normally know how to do it on my own and she knows that. I didn't write good notes this time and her office is very difficult to reach "live".
Thanks for the replies - do I need to space from food and other herbs/meds?

I have read that you don't need to space it according to Buhner. It is also okay to take probiotic near it.

Yeah, the taste is awful.
This is day three with 5 drops twice per day with no real herx (seems like I had one the first day but then maybe my saunas helped........)
Gonna shoot for that third dose tomorrow....
Thanks for the responses!
