Anyone have anxiety issues after administration of IV Rocephin, as well as the inability to sleep?

I'm on 4g's daily for over a yr. It in fact has done the exact opposite for me. Less anxiety, better sleep.

Antibiotics, when used to treat tick born diseases, can cause all sorts of reactions as a herx. Yes, I have heard of a cephalosporin causing anxiety.
Please make sure that you record your reaction. If it is to much, I would encourage you to be in touch with your Lyme doc.

Our Daughter experienced increased anxiety while on IV Rocephin. She was at a low dose.

I have a similar reaction as droid.
I generally need a nap after the infusion is done.
