I have been taking a knock off of "Perfect Food" green powder and I tolerate it but not sure if it is really helping.

Which ones do you guys think really helps?

I have taken prefect food in the past but heard about the heavy metals being found in some of their products recently so I won't be going back to that brand.

If nothing else green powder definitely helps regularity. I don't get enough raw veggies so I need a good green powder.

Any more suggestions?
