I was wondering if you all knew what causes sudden problems with limbs falling asleep?? I went to bed last night and no matter what position I was in, I would wake up in so much pain and panic . It seems as though my arms and legs are not getting any blood or circulation. I only have this problem once in a blue moon.. do you know what could be causing this?
thanks

I go through this sometimes too. I have to change position and stand up so my circulation really gets moving. In my case I get it down the backs on my arms. It could be blood circulation or possibly neuropathy. Mine got a better when I started bartonella treatment.

This happens to me from parasites. I am treating them and now this no longer happens.
Does it happen to occur on the full or new moon?! (rather than the blue moon!) That is when parasites are most active.
