The last few days I have been feeling very tired. taking naps during the day and I even slept 12 hrs last night after taking a 1 hr nap yesterday afternoon. Why is this happening out of nowhere? would it be yeast or lyme or a coinfection?

Me too. Been sleeping 12 hours a day.
Don't have any yeast symptoms, no bart symptoms, no babs symptoms.
Was wondering if maybe EBV has reactivated.
Do you have EBV too?

Yeast can carry just about any symptom that Lyme can. You can have it without knowing it.

Yes mononucleosis is the same thing as EBV-same family, and it can become an active infectionn again if the immune system gets bogged down with other things.

I am getting a full nights rest but take a 2-3hr nap during the day. I feel like I could sleep forever.

That much sleep could be mono/EBV (like Greta said).

I recommend siberian ginseng or rhodiola. Try to find them in formulas with ashawaghanda, holy basil, etc.
This can really save someone with severe fatigue issues (It did me).
