What test do you recommend for autoimmune testing ?

I want something more sensitive/comprehensive than just positive or negative.

Ask for an ENA panel - see http://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/ena-panel/tab/sample/

And also ask for the following:

Rheumatoid Factor (RF)
Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibody (CCP)
C-reactive protein test (CRP)
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)

The above tests are for autoimmune disorders that primarily affect the joints & connective tissue (e.g., Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc.).

There are many other autoimmune disorders, but the tests needed for those would depend on what your symptoms are.
