Raynaud's Disease may be the cause of your poor circulation and cold hands. The capillaries spasm and cut off the flow of blood.
Low magnesium, which is a problem with Lyme Disease, can cause blood vessel spasms.

Oh Carol, you are right, I meant to say Raynaud's not Sjogrens......
My fingers were swollen, yes, but it's only my fingers.
And a very odd tingling that's painful. Almost like when your foot falls asleep and it's at the pins and needles stage.

My Raymaud's gets worse after exercising too. Also get the swelling, parathesia, along with drive you mad itching. Hands and fingers turn blue, purple, red, and/or white. Don't get the giant hand feeling, just pins and needles, numbness, and itching.
What's worse is that the exact same thing happens to my ears as well after exercising. Doc says its poor circulation. Trental works for the circulation and Benedryl for the itching. Doc says its yet another Lyme symptom.
So glad to hear you're doing well otherwise.

Thank you Ellen and Lymetoo for your replies.
I really don't eat many carbs at all. GF and dairy free too.
I've never had the itching, but my mom has a terrible time with itching in both of her calves.
No one has been able to tell her what that's from.
I'm sorry you have it too Ellen, I hear it's miserable.
