I'm looking mostly for answers from people who are functioning quite well. Minimal issues - maybe some insomnia and some twinges - no brain fog, not much pain - and a low titer load based on all your tests.
Good vital stats, etc.
In other words this is more of an annoyance to you rather than a daily painful slog. You would put yourself as very functional - above 90%.
How often does your LLMD require you to see him or her, given the above?

About every 6-8 months right now. Once I have been over a year feeling good then probably go to once a year.
But,I typically get re-infected during summer and have to go in every 3 months after re-bitten.

The above describes me - and my LLMD insists on monthly.
And she ain't cheap, and she doesn't take insurance.

woodstock, for a person in your condition, the lyme docs I recommend would say come in every 2 or 3 months.

We sound pretty much the same in our healing/symptoms.
2-3 months was in the beginning when I was very sick and first started. I do well with the 6-8 months. Had a flare up from recent dental work and bite so back in next month. The goal is to get to LESS visits!

Just started seeing one last month and she said as long as I am on abx she wants to see me every 3-4 weeks.
In the past with another dr. I saw who was not a LLMD, he suggested once every few months and I was able to email him with questions.

Technically speaking, mine does not either because if any email even hints at something, no matter how minor, I get told to come in ASAP.
For another 300+ bucks.
I am seeing her today, we will see what she comes up with today to keep me coming back.
