That is a very helpful list but there are a few important symptoms left out. Babesia can cause over sleeping. It also causes pain and awful cramps in the large muscles like the thighs and back.
Bartonella often causes muscle twitching. It can lower platelets and raise VEGF. In my opinion the emotional/psychological symptoms of bartonella are worse than babesia. Depersonalization, not feeling connected and having no motivation is a big part of it. So is irritation with outbursts of rage and through the roof anxiety.
I think one of the best ways to tell if it is bart is by looking at your skin. Other skin symptoms are peas size brown spots intermixed with areas with no pigmentation making the skin look mottled (like an old persons). Also crusty moles, skin tags, the striations that look like stretch marks, marks that look like stacked clams or chicken wire and swelling that does not leave a dent when pressed (not true edema).
It often causes people to be overweight. It causes bladder pain and frequent urination. Bartonella affects the teeth and gums causing tooth decay and gum disease. It attacks the periosteum especially on the shins, causing burning aching pain. This left lumps along the shins for me.
Bartonella can attack the pancreas causing diabetes. In a vet study in the UK, 44% of cats with bartonella developed diabetes. The study said it can also cause diabetes in humans. Depending upon where you live, up to 50% of cats are infected with bartonella (hence cat Scratch). Worse in the south where there are fleas. It is also carried by the white footed mouse. Most cats are asymptomatic.
Ehrlichia can cause red irritated eyes in dogs. It will go dormant in dogs staying in the spleen for years and then re-emerging. I don't know why it would be different in people.
Protomyxzoa can also cause stabbing nerve pain.

Nefferdun, thank you for adding your feedback. You have confirmed for me what I have been feeling for a long time.
I have the nodules on my shins as well as the twitching and teeth pain/gum issues from Bart. My son has the striations on his skin and suffers from severe motivation problems.
I never knew that the motivation issues are from Bart,so I am so glad you shared this. He has mentioned that he feels very disconnected and now I understand why.
I think my son also has really bad depersonalization which now helps me to understand his behavior so much better.
I also am struggling with the oversleeping issue with Babesia. I never feel awake in the morning no matter how much sleep I get - I feel I could sleep for ever, so thanks for sharing this too.
It all makes sense to me now.
