Yes... They call it an "intensification" of symptoms. Same thing.

yeah, it did in me, at least it made me feel worse i mean, my doc said it meant it was working. I used it for mold exposure but i think i have heard of it being used for lyme toxins.

I stopped cause i didn't want to deal with feeling worse then. may revisit one day.

Sorry to hear! I know it can pull out vitamins, so kinda makes sense that it would pull minerals too??

Hope you can stabilize soon. Less is more?

I took half a packet and was sick a day and a half afterwards. I won't use it anymore.

I tried Modified Citrus Pectin by Source Naturals, and it actually made me feel better.

Wishing you better health.

Do you guys know how long feeling "worse" can last (or the intensification of symptoms).

I think I'm experiencing that currently.

Try welchol, it is less potent, and can be a starter med until you can tolerate cholestyramine.

Bartonella (Rifampin 300 mg 2x day, A-Bart, A-Iflam)
Toxic mold exposure (Cholestyramine 4x day)
Heavy metals
Marcon staph infection (Beg spray)

You know what's weird is I started taking welchol last weekend and almost instantly all of the pain went away in my lymph nodes.

I am on it for mold treatment but I wonder if this was enough to kick all of the buildup in my lymph nodes out of them?

Haven't had any lymph issues since...

The only bad thing I have noticed with the welchol is my chest feels tight after I take them!

You are supposed to start out very slowly with CSM. Take it on an empty stomach at least an hour before or 2 hours after taking any vitamins, supplements, or meds.

If you feel sick, your body cannot handle all those toxins moving around. Go very slowly and you will probably see some results in time. I am doing this right now.

When I talked with a doctor in California yesterday, I found out in new research done in the last few years that binders like cholestyramine, welchol, activated charcoal, bentonight clay, chlorella...etc.. Bind to different types of toxins in our body's.

The key is to figure out what toxins are in our body's and take the correct binder to those specific toxins. If you take to much of a specific binder you could detox to fast and cause a herx reaction.

If you notice to big of a reaction back off the binders, you don't want to over tax your system.
