Also high dose herbs.... i think i had a slight fever first. But i also have issues with mold here and have been unable to find a save place for me for over a year.
Because i get headache inside, i was sleeping in a tent. Now its too cold sometimes
I went up and down but overall i felt better when i was at friends houses (some of them seem ok) - i def feel better after CSM powder or welchol but could it also be because of lyme/chlamydia toxins ?! Because i also feel herxy from it too.
Well still... Its a mess. I feel so dead inside. Like a busdriver hit me in the face every morning. Im sure its mold but two mold "experts" couldnt find anything, one with a dog. Still: why woulc CSM help then?
Anther thing now: I took the abx for a new tick bite... and i felt better for 1-2 days here in the flat. Still not as good but less ill. Then i also had another problem, the candida spiked like hell (which it already did all the time)
this all sucks so bad. sometimes i just wanna give up. hardcore muscle wasting and fatigue from hell, mcs and reactivity to anything. i think i might have untreated babs too because i reacted so bad to cryptolepsis.

So sorry to hear about your troubles. This Lyme and mold journey does feel like being on a vicious roller coaster sometimes with the ups and downs.
Whenever I get to a place where things are all mixed up and crazy, I stick my head in a mud puddle for a while, then decide that can't last, so I shake it off, then sit down and make a new plan for myself.
You might want to try focusing on and doing what seems to work for you and try not to ponder on the reasons why it helps. From your notes above, that includes:
1. Welchol or CMS powder.
2. Antibiotics
3. Staying outdoors as much as possible.
Do you have the meds? Do you have a doctor to help you?
Once you are more stable then it would be time to venture outside the simplistic protocol IF needed.
These are just my thoughts. Hope that by making things black and white and simpler, it will help in some way.
Oh, and there is no giving up. Not an option. You are a LymeNet member and giving up is against the law here.
