My DH took our DS (23) to the sauna again today, try to get him there on weekends at the gym..its not an infrared but its all we have.
My DS never sweats...he was in today for the longest yet; 20 minutes...and didn't break a sweat.
I know he has to sweat to get out the toxins but he can't or just isn't.
I admit we really don't do anything for detoxing because I don't know how to fit it all in.
He meds and supplements are spaced out and there's no time left to take DE, chorella, clay...all of which we have.
We give him
abx..............7 am herbs............7:15/7:30 am supps............10 am probiotics.......1 pm herbs again......3:30/3:45 pm vitamin C........4:30ish abx again........6 pm supps again......7 pm herbs again......8 pm/8:15 pm LDN..............9 pm probiotics again....9:30 pm
then bed
How do you all fit in detox?
thanks for any suggestions his mom

I take activated charcoal and chlorella in the middle of the night when I get up to use the wash room.
I keep the capsules in a cup on the counter. I don't even turn the light on. Just feel around and then swallow them.
Only time I can fit them in.

My hubby does the same thing - takes the detox stuff at night when he gets up to use the bathroom. Only time it fits in his schedule.

You can take your probiotics the same time as your supplement. You should take the probiotics 2 to 3 hours after abx anyway to give them as much time as possible to replenish the gut.
This would free up some time for your son.
