Me too! The absolute WORST! Allergy meds certainly help.
Mucinex has become my best friend lately.
I was thinking Bartonella but LLMD thought Babs/Lyme related. Not sure that I 100% agree cuz I thought frontal headaches were more Bartonella? Then again....who really knows and who am I to disagree with a LLMD?

The headaches come on for me after eating - I think certain foods may trigger them.
I also think Bart etc. *shrugs*

Are you GF and Dairy free?
I've heard red dyes can trigger headaches too?
Catgirl - I'd have to look next time I'm at the store to see how big the capsules were. I'd just stuff as much as I could get in them.
The Dr said it was fine since it's a spice and that he uses it in his food daily.

Yes I avoid those. I have a super sensitive system though and these days it seems like anything I eat will trigger these flare ups. Very frustrating.

For my daughter, it was micro parasites from our contaminated well water. Albenza for 2 weeks got rid of them. Might be worth a try.

Razzle, That's actually what I'm leaning towards. Can it also cause nausea, and tremors? I used to think Bart - now I'm under the impression it could be candida - who knows.
Terv, Which abxs do you take? I'm on flagyl, plaquenil, zithro,
tick & everyone else, Thanks

Mine are currently caused from bartonella. They went away for a week but are back, although not as often. Treatment got rid of them before so I expect them to go away when this bart is gone.
I am only taking half the drugs right now so I can sleep well at night. When the headaches went away I was taking the full dose. I need to try to get back up to the full amount without bringing back the insomnia.
Imetrex knocks them out immediately, IF I take one as soon as I feel it coming on.
