Since I started this lyme journey, my viral load would wax and wane but never got to thr point that I needed rx anti-viral.

Any suggestions?

Doc has me on valtrex.

I am going to start raw garlic and oil of oregano tomorrow. I had a burst of virus snd I have about 1 inch blisters. Never happened before in my life.

Previously treating with clinda and quinine.

any input would be greatly appreciated.

My HV6 titers were a little elevated this past spring, and I had a sore throat for 8 months. I have completed my lyme treatment, I had a relapse due to high stress situation and had been symptom free for 10 years prior. I am taking Byron White EB/HV6 formula and I think it has really helped. I have taken it for 2 months and will finish off the current bottle I am on and then that will be it. I will have to monitor myself, take multivitamin and get good sleep. My last issue was sleep but this has dramatically improved over the last month. I also took coconut tablets and olive leaf extract tablets, but are unsure how much they contributed.

I had been on tindimax, for 10 days at a time, along with Zith, and minocycline, and ceftin. Rotating these.

I wish you all the best.

AEB/H6 helps me (Byron White). Also zinc, lysine, OLE.

I have chronic EBV, which most do with lyme. I

also was interested in an anti-viral as I felt

better while taking Valtrex
