Anxious. Not sure what to do so maybe you all can help. I have been on a antibiotic break for about 2 weeks. I have lyme and bartonella, I believe and I know I have candida overgrowth. I have been taking 200 bil of ultimate flora probiotics but still eating bread and such. For the last few days My eyes are extremely tired and it takes a lot to focus. Also, my muscles between my neck and shoulder are swollen and painful, back hurts as well and weakness in these areas.I have had ear infections lately with small amount of lymph swelling in the neck. I feel exhausted and in pain. I'm getting worried because I haven't had the shoulder swelling before and the difficulty focusing. Do you think this is the lyme or yeast or could it be worse? Thanks in advance!!

Maybe bart. ? I would stop eating bread (wheat). this may be making your symptoms worse.

eye problems, not sure. I have same eye problems.

Oh gosh.

The eye swelling and ear pain may be from yeast.

I take 400 billion plus probiotics and eat low carb. No breads or grains.

Lisa gave good advice-quit the bread and grains and starchy foods, and increase your probiotics.

The pain in your neck and shoulder blades is something I suffer with also, and I also have bart and lyme.

I think both those bugs love that spot in our spine.

Sorry you are going thru this.

Thank you for those encouraging words. I think along with the yeast, I'm just stressed.
