Calm is magnesium. I believe the Lyme bacteria uses a lot of magnesium and steals it from your body, so you need to supplement to keep the twitches away. Someone correct me if I am wrong on this.
I use magnesium glycinate tablets by Metagenics as they are easy on the tummy. I add calcium with it and sometimes zinc.

I'm not totally convinced it is due to lyme. Once I had my thyroid meds adjusted my twitching stopped.
