What causes afternoon/evening daily fevers? Lyme, bart, babs or virus? Hope someone knows.

Thanks

Yes, me too.

Not sure what causes these.

Treating protozoa has helped this symptom in me, by about 50%

I get mine about 3PM to 6PM ish each day. (By 6PM, I have been awake for 14 hours).

So talking this out, cause I'm not good at math, about 11 hours after waking the fever kicks in.

The sweats I sweat all the time also.

What have you treated birdie?

Ugh, it sure is no fun! Right now I am treating babesia with mepron and azith. Just started 5 days ago and the fevers have gotton worse so it could be from the babesia.

Greta, what have you done to treat protozoa? Thinking I have that too [bonk]

I get them too. I start to spike around 3 PM and it reaches it's peak around 6-7. I haven't figured out which infection is causing it yet. I started Rifampin and Doxy about three weeks ago and they've become an every day phenomenon since then rather than just a couple of days a week. Wish I knew!
