I was reading the Burrascano guidelines and on page 14 he recommends taking hydrozychloroquine (plaquenil) or amantadine when you are taking antibiotics in the Erythromycin family. He says it can raise cellular pH which can make the antibiotics more effective.
I have not tried hydroxychloroquine or amantadine. I just don't feel like adding any more prescriptions to what I'm taking right now. I would be up for natural ways to accomplish this.
So, are there natural ways to raise cellular pH to make it more basic?
