Please help me. Ive started 1/2 dose of minocycline tonight to see if its the lyme and helps a bit. What do I do or take. Why am such a baby now when it comes to treating.

I used to be able to take anything and now I've taken 6 months off of abx to treat parasites and candida, now I wanna resume before I get any crazier. You know the sentences in paragraphs are starting to look like there sliding up or down.

When I drive trees kinda look strange sometimes. I cant explain it.

What do I do. How do I keep my brain quiet. How do I get that
scared feeling away and just go for it again?

I really like the book "Taming your Gremlin." I read it several years ago and still use techniques in it to this day.

You can read some of the pages on amazon.

It's too much to explain. It helped me notice the patterns that I was doing to make myself feel awful and had practical ways to deal with them.

Keep in mind that it is the disease doing this mostly, then add in what you have had to endure, and it would be a lot for any person. Give yourself a lot of credit for getting this far. And Judie's suggestion is good too, although this book is not known to me. Keeping a hold on the situation mentally is vital.

Although there are substantial differences, I have thought recently of a man who was famous in his field, MIT type, who had a mental illness and kept reminding himself that the voices he heard were not real and it helped him cope. Can't remember his name, but my frightening dreams and depressing thoughts come from my diseased brain and have to be dealt with. Not to mention what we encounter in trying to get effective treatment. People in our situation really deserve a medal for bravery.

Have you tried L-Theanine? It is for anxiety, but it helps to calm your brain in general.

Magnesium is very good for the brain. Probiotics have also been linked to brain health.

I would talk to your LLMD. If they are good, they have probably dealt with symptoms like this before, as this definitely sounds like Lyme or a co-infection.
