Yesterday I went in for my cleaning and was told my teeth are week and need remineralizing.
The DDS who is holistic wants me to do fluoride treatments and use fluoride at night.
He said my mouth seems acidic and also wants to explore that further.
Typically he's not a fan of fluoride but feels it's necessary in my case.
Does anyone know of anything I can do to not have such an acidic body?
Are there good tooth pastes that can help remineralize the teeth?
I read on line about a product called Eco Dent toothpaste. Has anyone used this product with good results?
They have a whole line of products.

There's a product called "Tooth Builder" by Squiggle. I tried it. Unfortunately, something in it irritated my mouth.
I started using "Cavity Zapper" by The Natural Dentist and that seems to be working well for me.
I found I needed the fluoride too. My teeth were rotting away without it and turning brown.
I just saw the dentist yesterday and another issue for me is dry mouth from all the meds I'm taking. Plaque is building up on my teeth like crazy (I'm brushing and flossing, and the damage is happening when I sleep).
I'm now getting my teeth cleaned every 4 months to help combat this problem.
I take L-Lysine. It's suppose to help with candida. I was reading that it helps to alkalize the body too which is why candida has trouble growing. I'm not a doctor, so you might want to research it.

Fluoride is the devil for my mouth. Gives me sores all over.
But if your natural dentist advised it, your teeth must be in rough shape as most natural docs think fluoride is bad.
Could you also consider supplementing with boron?
Boron helps rebuild bones-perhaps it would help your teeth?

Xylitol is supposed to help remineralize teeth...
Also need Vitamin K2 to get the body to put minerals into structures such as bones & teeth.
Dry mouth treatment: Xylitol is good for this, but there also are some other over-the-counter products designed for this issue (gum, candy, mouth moistener).
