Does anyone have experience with infared sauna? Is it worth buying one?

Has anyone tried infared blankets as an affordable alternative?

Yes, the infrared sauna has worked well for me. We have some threads here on the topic that you could do a Search for.

I don't know whether you would be able to break a sweat in a blanket as opposed to a sauna tent.

I purchased a portable infrared sauna. Mainly because we rent, maybe one day when we own a house I'd like to buy a big one but this does the job for now. Def worth the $200 and still working great 2 yrs later.

I bought a sort of infrared sleeping bag for about $400. It's a great product. It goes up to 60 degrees celsius. I wear my thermals in it to absorb all the sweat so I don't have to clean it often. It's still working fine after three years. It's ideal for those with orthostatic intolerance.

This is the one I have but I didn't pay that much for it.
