We did a trial of malarone because I hadn't gotten any progress from artemisia after being on it for 8 months.

After my first dose the muscle weakness and chest tightness went away. For the first time in treatment I didn't feel like I was dying and had energy.

Takes a long time. Each person is different. I didn't make any progress until I took artemisinin and zith for about 2 months. Then I turned the corner.

Prior to that I had taken many rounds of clindamycin and quinine and tons of malarone and zith. About 2 years worth for all of the above.

So .. find the right LLMD and the right plan FOR YOU!
