I need a vitamin C supplement that won't tear up my stomach.
Any suggestions?

At Walmart I bought Spring Valley Super C-Complex with Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex and have been able to take that with no after effects even though I have been recovering from Ulcers and/or Gastritis.

I recently read that GAC, a tropical fruit from SE Asia, has 30-40x the amount of Vit C in an orange! See what anyone can find out about this and availability...

Mineral ascorbates are generally much more gentle on the stomach than ascorbic acid.
I like sodium ascorbate, and my DH uses calcium ascorbate.

Have you looked into liposomal vit C? It actually is more absorbable than IV vit C. The good thing is... you can make it yourself pretty easily. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shdHZ9FGqfc

I agree with fuel1212. liposomal C is the only one I could tolerate.
I got a bottle on amazon for pretty cheap to try.
