This drug is really hard for me to take. I split the tablets in half and take it twice a day, 4 days a week. What do I get for my trouble -- migraines@! hah!
any suggestions on what to take instead of Tini?

The alternative is flagyl, which is harder to tolerate than tini. Tini is usually easier to tolerate for most, tho both of them are difficult.

Tindamax is notoriously tough because it breaks up biofilms like no other! You will feel horrible for a while but the rewards are worth it. Can you back off a little bit? I started with one tablet a WEEK and slowly worked up to the full dose (500mg twice daily, pulsing).
