Do bart herx's happen every 7-10 days? I have been experiencing migraines, mild night sweats, and low grade fevers this often since starting my meds about 5 weeks ago.
It lasts 2-3 days before going away.

Both bartonella and babesia cycle on a 7 day cycle.
Bartonella also sometimes flares every 24 hours.
Increasing detox methods can help. What are you doing for detox?
And sometimes it is helpful to dial down the doses, rather than stopping completely. Rifampin is not effective with on off cycling.
Best to discuss with your doc.
In the meantime, increasing detox methods, 2 hours away from abx and other meds can help.
Ps. Bart herxes are the very devil. Hang in there. Do you have a supportive friend to phone if things get really bad?
