I feel like crap. this hit two nights ago. fever, 99.5, lots of sinus drainage, face, eye and ear pain. coughing like crazy. chest hurts to breath.

not hungry. really tired.

don't need this. is there something going around?

Cold Symptoms
Colds bring on a nasty mix of symptoms that can really wear you down. They include:

•Sore throat
•Cough
•Headache
•Stuffy nose
•Mucus buildup
•Sneezing
•Fatigue
•Swollen sinuses
•Fever (usually low-grade in adults but higher in children)

Sinus Infection Symptoms

•Sinus pressure behind the eyes and the cheeks
•A runny, stuffy nose that lasts more than a week
•A worsening headache
•Slight dizziness when shifting position
•A fever
•Cough
•Bad breath
•Thick yellow or green mucus draining from your nose or down the back of your throat (postnasal drip)
•Fatigue
•Decreased sense of smell

Common signs and symptoms of the flu include:

•Fever over 100 F (38 C)
•Aching muscles, especially in your back, arms and legs
•Chills and sweats
•Headache
•Dry cough
•Fatigue and weakness
•Nasal congestion

aaccckkkk. cough cough.

I got back from Belize on the 12th. havent really done much. only thing is when I walk those darn park guys are using those large commercial mowers throwing dust and grass everywhere.

he like to sleep with the house,all open. not tonite hon. those air purifiers are going to be on.

I've been up since 3 cause my nose was rnning so bad I couldn't lay down. i mean like a faucet.

oh please jus shoot me....

Sounds like you have a bad cold. Ouch!

Do you have any lemon herbal teas?

Sometimes with a bit of honey, a hot herbal tea can calm the coughing.

It doses sound like a cold but...It may be a combination of cold/allergy.

Being around those commercial movers throwing dust/grass/weeds are not good for yoy...

Agree with the cold diagnosis. Probably not flu, but perhaps.

There are lots of viruses circulating right now: colds, flu, RSV, EV-D68, and others.
