I'm seriously struggling with this horrid rash across the back of my wrists.

It's raised, and the other day it was peeling... at times it itches worse than anything I've ever experienced.

I thought at first it was simply dry skin, but my lotion wasn't working... and now it's migrating to the under side of my wrists too.

I've heard that it's common to have rashes when treating for Lyme with rife machines... but this is really getting to me, and I wondered if any of you have figured out a way to deal with it.

I've been using lavender essential oils lotion, lavender and purification essential oils, and now we're trying coconut oil.

My Dad has something kinda similar on the side of his face-- he's being treated by the rife machine too.

Anyway... tips would be appreciated!

Are you taking any medications that are associated with Steven Johnson syndrome?

Rule that out if you can.

If it is on your wrists and your dads face, it sounds like it is contagious.

And the first thing that comes to mind is Staph infection.

Please go have it swabbed/tested to be sure.

Hugs,
Greta

Coconut oil causes my skin to rash - and my lips. While that did not come first, it may not be the best salve, either. It has an acid to it.

Any essential oil can be irritating to skin that is broken, too, even if in a carrier oil.

Liver support might help. More water. I have some other ideas but I have to stop now.

If you can break up the solid text in your post, more will be able to read it and reply. I was only responding to a few words I could make out. Others' replies have me thinking I missed some key detail.

You may be rifing too long, too often.

What someone said about your Dad also having this rash? Was he in the same room, or nearby when you used the rife machine?

Lymetoo- my family avoids sugar like the plague-- we use raw honey for just about everything...
I don't know about the histamine; I'll have to check into that!

Keebler-- interesting about the coconut oil!
I'll see what I can do about text blocks...

Yes. My Dad was in the same room.

I get eczema from potatoes. if I ate for more than 24 hrs in a row I would get such an itchy scaly rash on my hands and sometimes shins.

this has gotten much better with tx. I think I am able to eat many more foods I could not tollerate before.

could it be food related?

raw honey is still "sugar" and it can cause eczema

Are you running detox frequencies or just bug killing frequencies?

Maybe try Calendula gel (homeopathic gel - don't get the ointment (has petroleum jelly in it), get the gel). If you can't find it locally, you can buy it online at http://vitacost.com

Homeopathic Rhus Tox. or Urtica Urens (pellets are easiest; tincture is sugar-free but contains alcohol) may also help with the itching.

I have no financial connections with any product or website mentioned in this post.

Raised, dry and flaking rash:

Have a look also at Kali Sulph 6x cell salt.
