What does your air hunger feel like?

Just came to visit for some emotional support, saw your post.

Been having a hard time breathhing the last hour or so.

Non stop coughing for 10 seconds or so followed by pounding heart and wheezing.

Open mouth breathing because I can't get enough volume of breath in through my nose.

Breathing in feels like every muscle in my chest is pulling pulling to try and suck air in faster.

Can feel heartbeat in belly from this straining.

Brain is panicking telling my body to breathe faster-not getting enough air inside.

Basically like I am suffocating from the inside out.

It felt like my lungs could not stretch or take in the oxygen from the air. I was breathing normally, but didn't feel I was getting enough air or oxygen. Deep breaths did not help. I just had to wait for the Herx to pass.

You take a breath or gasp of air for no reason, kinda like you just ran up a flight of stairs but didn't.
