Bartonella. Bartonella. Bartonella.
Also, some symptoms you listed overlap with babesia.
But I would start with A-Bart, if you are keen to use the Byron Whites.
It is strong, for me at least. Hard to advance to 15 drops!
Good luck!
PS. Keebler posted a great link about dehydrated garlic. This is something I've started about three weeks ago, and wham-o! It seems to hit everything I am strurggling with!

PS. How do you like A-Inflam? Does it help with pain?
I am always on the lookout for pain relief. Desperate, really.

I think bartonella too. I've had positive improvements on A-bart but I agree with Greta-was strong for me too. I had to start low and increase slowly. Good luck

About garlic- I agree there is something to it.
Just throwing some fresh in a blender with water
and drinking it goes right to the spot of trouble
within seconds. Must be, among other things, some
kind of energetic shift with it as there is not
enough time for it to get into the blood and yet-
bingo! It hits all troublesome spots.

just to chime in here- when my 'motion sickness' sx gets real bad I have taken some homeopathic motion sickness tabs and they seem to help give some relief.
that would be the 'standing in a boat' feeling

Standing in a boat... I'll second babesia. This is the bug that's seemingly causing most of my problems. All of which get worse with sugar/carbs. As long as I keep my carbs very low I don't get this odd sort of vertigo.
And yes, garlic is one of the few things to actually cause me a herx, mind you that's for borrelia. I do find though that garlic combined with almost any decent babesia therapy significanty dampens my babesia symptoms.

Agree, standing on a boat babesia.
All of the other symptoms could be lyme or bart and/or babesia. They represent all three tick borne infections.
