I wanted to start the sea salt because of my having pots and chronic lyme disease. I bought the ground sea salt instead of the tablets. How can I use the crystals instead ??

Not sure what you mean by crystals? Are you referring to the ground sea salt? If so, you can mix the salt in a glass of water. The sea salt can also kill bb as well as parasites, so you might want to start with 1/4 tsp.

Also look into the salt/c protocol mixing some vit c with the salt(1/4tsp.)to begin with and then ramping up 1/4tsp at a time according to how you feel.

Sea salt and vit c support the adrenals and will probably help you with pots. Drinking extra water is also important. Check out the PARASITE WARRIORS SUPPORT THREAD for more info.
