I'm so tired. igo to bed about 8-9. wake up anywhere from 3 to 6. stay up till about 2-3 and then jus poop out.
I sit down and can barely keep my eyes open. tape tv shows cause I'm too sleepy to watch em.
I'd say almost exhaustion. I run the vacuun, do laundry and then crash. cleaned bathtub and toliet and said no way.
I jus have zero energy. snore.....

Methylation issues do this to me...
Other things to consider:
B-Vitamin deficiency, esp. B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Niacin, and B12.
Low Thyroid
Toxin buildup
Herxing
Medication side-effects (e.g., Cipro makes me very sleepy)

I felt that way until treating adrenals. I still struggle with energy but it's so much better now that my adrenals are recovering.
