We are waiting for our Burbur to arrive.... in the meantime, can you give us tips on using it?

Do you start out slow and work your way up? Dr. recommended 5 drops twice a day. I didn't think to ask that question.

Hubby has been feeling sick using just a drop or two of ABAB or Teasel a day.

Do you need to take binders with the Burbur?

Burbur is a drainer, and helps with herxes. I think it's gentle enough to start at 5 drops if that's what your doc suggested. I started at 3 (sensitive). No binders with burbur as it is a drainer.

A bab and teasel are completely different animals. They are quite strong killers for the bugs and should be taken with caution, working up slowly.

My doc had me put one drop in a glass of water (rest in the fridge) and just drink one third of the glass to see how I react. If okay, then in pm I could drink the other third.

I take Burbur-15 drops twice a day. I have not had any bad reactions to it. I find it helpful for detox, which is very important.

The directions say to put it in the water and let it sit for a few minutes before drinking.

I use it with Pinella and Parsley for detox. You can check with your doctor on those.
