Milk Thistle or Dandelion are the most common for a start.

Take them a couple hours away from Rx, though so that Rx have a better chance of getting distributed and not pulled through the body too fast as can happen if taken at the same time as most liver / kidney supports.

You can take them closer in time to Probiotics than to Rx, though, but still good to have a little space in between.

Be sure to avoid anything with acetaminophen in it.

Lots more good detail here for you:

LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.

Avoid vitamin "stores" in general as many items there are dubious. Yet, they may carry some good quality brands (at big mark ups, though can help if you need something right away). Be sure to check the date on the bottle.

Especially, avoid big box stores or warehouse outlets. However, many natural foods markets carry some good brands.

Herb Pharm tinctures - and Gaia herb capsules - are usually in real food stores. Both are excellent brands. Their home websites can tell you more.

Good prices can be found at either iHerb or Vita Cost -- & you can see full ingredient lists & read reviews. Both place carry a range of brands, including some of the top quality ones. And, if you want to buy locally, these lists are wonderful for homework beforehand:

1st Chinese Herbal - bulk - excellent source

www.mountainroseherbs.com

Mountain Rose Herbs (in Oregon) - bulk options here, too. Excellent quality.

Buying TEA -- when you buy any tea for enjoyment or for herbal support, be sure it does NOT contain "natural flavors"

Same with any extracts for cooking. You want vanilla EXTRACT, not "flavor" -- huge difference. Huge.

Why?

Excitotoxins; MSG; Aspartame; & "Natural" Flavors
