Does anyone have a favorite chromium brand to treat pre-diabetic 1AC levels?

A favorite B-vitamin supplement that uses something other than methylcobalamin? (ie hydroxy)
Anyone use injectable B-complex?
I was on Perque vessel health guard, but it's crazy expensive, and I'm not convinced of the losenge absorbtion.

Finally, has anyone ever noticed their arthritis worsening when they started thyroid supplementation? I have several potential factors worsening arthritis, but this is the second time I've started Liothyronine and noticed orthopedic pain. My hands and wrists have been excruciating. My basal temp hasn't really changed, but my energy is up some [Smile]
