Can you dilute this? Buhner says 1/4 tsp to start, but I believe I am alcohol sensitive.

I would perhaps drop the tincture into hot water which will volatilize the alcohol.

1/4 tsp is 30-35 drops, and is quite a high dosage to start with. I would try 5 drops 3x daily for a week or so to get a handle on possible herxing.

Artist, I can't do alcohol, so I started making my own tinctures with glycerin and found a source for sida through Dandelion Botanicals.

That sad, I had huge problems with Sida. Go slow. I couldn't handle it. I will try it later and see if I have better results.

yeah i def wouldn't start that high. I could barely handle 1 drop 3x a day for a while
