I've tried the usual supplements for adrenal fatigue ie...ashwagandha, rhodila, holy basil and probably a couple more.
I felt no improvement w/the supplements. Could anyone give me some suggestions on what might help.
Thanks

Black Currant from PSC (plant stem cells) is one thing I have been using. Taking supplemental hydrocortisone (along with thyroid hormones, testosterone, pregnenolone, and DHEA) also can help restore adrenal function, giving the adrenals rest and time to heal.

My husband uses the Dr James Wilson's adrenal formulas.
When he started using these, he was able to go from struggling to work 2 hours a day to working 5 hours a day with a long lunch break.
The time frame was about a month.

The plant stem cells I am using, are available only through a health care provider. I am fortunate that my acupuncture doc orders them for me. I know at least one LLMD recommends to some of her patients, that is how I read about them.
