I have had symptoms for about a year and 4 months now and got a positive lyme test somewhat recently. The past few days i have had pain in the legs, shoulders, knees and hips.
I would say the hips feel the worst by far. I have tried baths and ibuprofen, but nothing relieves it. Everything feels very achy and sore and the hips feel bruised. Does this sound lyme related? I just thought it was random to have these symptoms come on so late from the start. I have never had these issues before. I am wondering if i should get it checked out as possibly something else causing it.

I take turmeric for this - I get bulk turmeric at the healthfood store and dip empty 00 size capsules into it. It reduces joint and muscle pain for me - it's a powerful anti-oxidant, amongst many things it does.
Yes, the bacteria will go wherever they go and cause symptoms. It's good to study up on them and what they can do, then you'll understand your symptoms better.
And then we knock 'em down, sorta like whack-a-mole! Together with decent Lyme treatment.
Can't remember - are you scheduled yet to see a Lyme doctor? You can put yourself on waitlists too.
