I started A-L complex a couple weeks ago. It's helped many things.
I went through their "challenge phase", ie, increasing 3 drops every 3 days, until I hit 10 drops a day. Then I developed this soreness with the right kidney. This means, when I touch a particular spot on the right kidney area, I would feel sore. This can also happen when I twist my body in a certain way.
Because of it, now I'm taking a smaller dosage of A-L complex, which is 3 drops twice a day. The soreness hasn't gone away.
Should I be concerned? I went to see my primary physician today, she was so busy that she has to leave before she can answer all my questions.
My A-L complex is about 2 years old.

It sounds like your kidneys are overwhelmed with toxins from die off. I would take things to help like lemon water, red root, burbur and foods to alkalize the body. You could also try baking soda.
I'm sure you know, kidneys are quite serious. If you feel worse, then consider going to the ER.
Also, old A-L is okay (still works for me). Good you backed down your dose too.
