Where the body parts feel weird 24/7, or like the connection with the body and the brain feels slow, un natural, and just not like it used to?

I have this 24/7, it feels like my arms and limbs and just like numb to my brain , or like my head is totally not in tune with my body, anyone get me?

im in my late 20's, and living like this all the time i feel like i wont even get to see my 30's! this is depressing.

Plus i have heart issues too i believe but every time i go to the primary care or the emergency room they tell me i am ok and my heart is okay and send me off on my way.

I am seeing a cardiologist and having some tests done this weekend so i will know if anything is going on. I am so scared im gonna just drop at a young age from this due to my heart or other issues and i could really use some support right now, thanks.

I had same stuff with the 'feeling' and the heart issues.

no regular dr could find anything.

it was all tick disease related for me, and now I had some genetic testing done and I see how my genetics play a key role in how my body deals with disease, so this is all part of my problem.

magnesium does help my heart issue as well as avioding caffeine- even small amounts like dark chocolate can make my heart act funny sometimes.

hang in there. keep searching for answers. are you seeing a lyme dr now?

Glad this was posted. Have had so many similar
issues with my Lyme this past year. Seems it all
happened after a bad case of the Shingles.

NowI have lost 20 lbs and have heart palpitations
and just needed to post, as most days I don't
feel human.

Feeling concerned. Heart checks
out fine. This website is very helpful for me over
the past 14 yrs. Thanks for the post.

For both of you above, I think you can improve if you find treatments that work for you. I have seen so many people in support groups turn around, from being sick to being much better once they connect with good treatment.

I would encourage you both to ask that question, as in what is the best treatment protocol to be looking at to try. Treatment is plural, not singular, as in finding out the various pieces that work for us - the best magnesium, the best anti-inflams, the best thyroid supplementation if we need it, etc. We're all different so it involves a bit of exploration.

Also very helpful if you can get bloodtested by an LLMD so they can see your blood levels of various markers and treat you accordingly.

My heart is much better than it used to be. I used to have heart palpitations, chest pain, and it would occasionally pound or race at night. Parasite treatment, treating adrenals and thyroid have all helped. Also getting rid of heavy metals.

Robin, good point. yes, I was just like that and had al lthose symptoms. so many times I was feeling on death's door. lost 30 pounds in 3 months. heart irregular all day- pain pain pain everywhere in my body, among other things....

WAY better now that I found treatment that works, is working for me.

do I ever feel like giving up? heck yeah, but those days don't last forever and on the great days I can't believe I ever doubted that I wanted or could feel better again.

derk diggler, I have to disagree, and I will tell you why. I have been looking into genetics now and have come to the conclusion that some people have perfect genetics to rid themselves of lyme or any disease out there, etc., and some have the perfect genetics for holding onto disease and etc. this includes cancer and all else . it is just amazing new science that is coming out and shouldn't be overlooked.

if you can help along your genetics to adapt by using suppliments then you can have greater hope of recovery! I was feeling so doomed, but now feel there is a light at the end of my tunnel. I don't know when I wil get there, but at least now there *is* a light!!!!
