Every time I take good bacteria or eat bacteria rich food like yoghurt. I get so so worse, sweating, weakness etc. this is because I have low or no gut barrier I believe. Anyone has / had this too. Anyone got rid of this situation?
thanks.

- I've had the same trouble, actually.
Dairy? Or the source just not being the best for your body?
There are some non-dairy probiotics. Might be a good time to try going dairy free.
I generally have to . . . sigh! But it is so worth it . . . so very much worth it. And, if not, you'll know within a month or so and especially after being dairy free for a few weeks and then doing a minor test run to challenge.
My sinuses always tell me they are still pretty insistent that I avoid the whole category. -

you`re right I have histamine and sulfur intolerance, but this reaction to good bacteria was much stronger. I took only non histamine and tyramine producing bacteria.
battling this for several years now. wonder what is causing this histamine an sulfur problems.

Fermentation, which is what happens when probiotic organisms create yogurt, sauerkraut, etc., causes the formation of sulfites. Probiotics can also increase the sulfites in the gut because of their action on the foods you eat.
Sulfite sensitivity is a symptom of genetic variances in the methylation cycle SNP's CBS and/or SUOX.
There is a nutritional protocol that can help deal with this - http://dramyyasko.com and download the book "Autism - Pathways to Recovery" (applies to anyone with methylation cycle genomic variants, not just those with Autism).
Also, if the gut is too "leaky" then probiotics can lead to infections in other places in the body where probiotic organisms shouldn't be. Need to heal the leaky gut first. Difficult to do in the setting of sulfur intolerance, but I know many find help with this from fish oil (Omega 3) and coconut oil (get organic coconut oil to minimize sulfites).
