What works and isn't too dangerous. Ativan is already out for me. I took a Xanax tonight and feel more normal than I have in a year. Is Prozac the safest?

nothing worked for my excpet treatment for the tick diseases. herbals mostly. but abx did help a lot. I had anxiety- talking severe panic attack kind like a heart attack- and on abx it got lowered to like a 9 out of 10 instead of the 10,0000 level I was before tx.
now I am like a fluctuating 0-7 depending on the day.
the only thing that got me through the worst times was talking to Jesus and heavenly bodies asking for strength. that is only reason I wasn't hospitalized for sure.
I hope you find somehting that works for you. I feel your pain, really. terrible thing. I used to think everyone I knew would die every minute of the day. it was hell.

Maybe try intermittent water fasting? That will over time restore your body's detox mechanism.
Anxiety seems to be a result of toxins, produced by the bugs, either lyme&co or the bad bugs in the gut.
So get rid of the toxins, get rid of the anxiety.

Zoloft should work. Take Xanax for the first few weeks until the Zoloft kicks in.

there is a testing lab called Genomind. They test your genes for which antidepressant works best for your genes. AND insurance covers it, go figure. Your doctor does have to have an account with them though.
