i also get shortness of breath and racing heart at random times.but blood pressure could be okay. i am on no antibiotics right now. & currently waiting to see a llmd in mid july.
should i be worried? has anyone had this problem? what are things i can do to help with it maybe?

I believe the shortness of breath and rapid heart is quite a "normal" symptom with us who have Lyme and co.. I know when you are going through this, it may seem you are the only one that gets scared and nervous and that's ok, because you are the one experiencing it.
One thing you could do is take CoQ10 to protect your heart. Lyme loves to pick on this organ and if at any time you are not sure, make a visit to ER or dr. office for EKG. Better safe as you are important.

I was being treated by a llmd for about 6 months and symptoms calmed down a lot but haven't had any antibiotics or anything in 3 months and I notice it's all coming back day by day. The doc I was seeing retired so I currently have another doc lined up but will be a few weeks tell I will see him.
