I've developed a new symptom lately - I can't release my grip after I've been gripping something. For example, I carried a tray in from the grill the other night and after setting it down, my ring finger wouldn't go back straight.
It's painful and I have to wait it out or force my finger(s) straight again, but there are no knots and no popping sounds, so I'm thinking it's not "trigger finger".
Anyone know if this symptom has a name? I'd like to research it further. TIA!

- Sounds like inflamed joint / trigger finger. Try to not put that finger in the position that locks it up. You may need to immobilize - to some degree at least part of the day.
And don't force it if you can help it - to open try to gently massage it a bit.
Berberine has really helped the trigger finger problem for me.
Magnesium, too. 3 x day.
Tell your LLMD about this next time you meet. -

I have that issue too, but with different joints. Also my bones hurt if I lay on a hard surface for too long. Feels like someone has been beating me.
Lymetoo is there something else we are supposed to be taking that is similar to magnesium?
I feel like there is something else, but I can't remember.
