I have done a search, but with my foggy brain and blurry eye(new symptom of three weeks) I would appreciate you thoughts.

I have been taking thyroid meds first thing in morning, then about one hour later have vitamins with breakfast (D3, C, B complex, fish oil, AG Immune)

Do you think one hour is enough - I have a desperate need to eat as soon as possible in the am.

I am also doing Cat's Claw and Serrapeptase on empty stomach later.

I am starting a detox capsule with pyrophyllite clay and charcoal. Also adding magnesium twice a day.

Is one hour enough between detox pill and magnesium?
Thanks!

I think the clay or charcoal needs to be taken as far away from other things as possible. I try to keep it at about 2 hours.

And I hope that's long enough on the thyroid meds. I have the same issue.

Just wanted to add a comment about your blurred vision - I drink mangosteen juice to stop all Lyme eye symptoms. Drinking it caused all eye symptoms to stop in 24 hours time for me and I still drink around an ounce a day.

It's an anti-inflammatory juice drink. You can find versions of it in health food stores and online. I drink the Mango-Xan version, which is the most tart of the juice blends. We're all different in what works for us.

Thanks lymetoo and robin123. I will try to get the mangosteen. I had complete eye exam with opthamologist and passed with flying colors. Just gave me eye drops. Scary when you think of losing vision. Glad the mangosteen helped you.

You can take the Serrapeptase first thing when you wake up, as your stomach is empty.
It's okay to take water, as this won't trigger stomach acids.

The coated tablets will pass through the sphincter into the small intestine, where they dissolve and about 25% are absorbed into the body.

I take Wobenzym, and it's usually about half an hour until they pass into the small intestine.
I can tell because my empty stomach growls.

I googled thyroid meds, empty stomach, to find out how much time you need to wait before eating.

I saw this:

Thanks, Carol, for that site. Good info.
I'll give it a try.
Maybe I should try Wobenzym in place of Serrapeptase?
I'll read up on the difference.
