Every day, worse in the morning, I have to cough up so much yuck. It's in the sinuses and throat. Had an ENT look at it and he swears it's not sinus. Had the dentist look at it, and got a root canal. Hasn't gone away. Will go to have the tooth pulled.
But could it just be candida? Would a FIR sauna get rid of that? I've got the TESLA anti aging wand, and I think that is helping with energy, but am starting slow and don't want to run over stomach just yet.
Any suggestions?

"Just candida" .. yes, it could and it can be harder to get rid of than Lyme. I stopped treatment 11 yrs ago and still battle candida.
Be sure to try a dairy free diet if you haven't already done so.

- In addition to LymeToo suggesting dairy-free diet, Gluten can also cause phlegm buildup. -

If it was just candida, I wouldn't need clindamycin and mepron. Not that it was a simple diagnosis.
I think the phlegm/drainage is actually from an infected root canal at the bottom of the sinuses.

wpin--I'll look into that. I thought the shortness of breath was babesia. Shortness of breath is probably because I'm so out of shape and heavy now due to teeth problems which have kept me from exercising.
