I have a constant itching on my side under my arm with no visible rash. My eyes have been itching also. I was diagnosed with lyme 4 years ago, but laced in all treatments a year ago.

Re your side itch, I had an invisible itching on my foot and applying ketoconazole worked - that's an anti-fungal, although I couldn't see anything.
Also could be a form of detoxing? Don't know.
No idea at all whether this would work for your eyes - drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory juice, stops all Lyme eye symptome for me. But I didn't have the itching sx. The juice is in health food stores and online. I like Mango-Xan, as it's the most tart version.

Candida, allergies, detoxing ... also, some Babesia symptom lists mention "waves of generalized itching".
