Has anyone experience that problem?
I have been on Clindamycin for 12 days, 300 mg twice a day. Last night, standing still, I had a sharp pain around the knee and thought it must be the joint. But when I looked, there was a big blue vein that had burst and had turned into a bruise this morning. I read that Clindamycin can cause easy bruising and that one should contact doctor. I am really happy taking this drug, so far. It was helping me reduce the pain, for some reason… so I hate to stop it. Any thought?

Maybe that is where my marks are coming from. Maybe it isn't bart, maybe it is bruising.

I was on clinda for 5 years and never dealt with bruising. But we're all different, so who knows?
