I read that it takes 2 weeks for Tindamax to start killing cysts. Will pulsing with 3 days on and then 4 days off work? Or would this be fruitless? (so, after like a month of pulsing die off should occur?)

Pulsing may work .. check with your doctor. Most begin Tindamax or flagyl VERY slowly.
Die-off can start within days.

I heard Burrascano say in one of his talks that it takes taking the med for 2 weeks straight for the med to be effective.
He was talking about flagyl, so I expect the same would apply to tini since they both kill lyme cysts.
I took flagyl, full dose, for 60 days straight and that is how I was cured of lyme. My herx wasn't bad.
I have heard of people working up to the 2 weeks straight. So, instead of pulsing the entire time, I suggest you work up to taking it for 2 weeks straight.
If you do well on 3 days in a row per week, then go to 5 days in a row, etc. until you are finally up to 14 days in a row.
Drink lots of water with fresh lemons squeezed into it. (My doc wanted me to eat 4 lemons per day this way; I only ate about 2 per day.) And, if you need more than that, add Alka Seltzer Gold up to 4 times per day.
Pulsing 3 days on and 4 days off is not the same.
I believe that in about 3 days you will start to feel something which represents a herx/killing.
