I thought I'd heard of all the different treatments by this point, but ozone therapy is new to me. Anyone tried it?

Yes, do a search of the archives. I know someone has tried it .. for her daughter. Her name escapes me right now.

I know that mjoey (I think that was his screen name), tried it. He had more than only lyme though. His lyme went dormant, if I remember well, with the photon therapy.
I think, if my memory was good, he did ozone insufflation to get rid of other things than lyme, due to persistent chronic fatigue and other symptoms.

I did direct IV ozone for 2 months...loved it. Could feel it starting to help, then my LLNP took a job in FL and moved so i bought a machine. I'm now making ozone water, and doing daily insufflations.

I did ozone iv for 5 weeks wiht Dr. W. in Germany. I can't say that it changed something for me. Maybe it was not enough. Photon treatment got rid of many infections.

I did IV ozone for a few months with mild improvement. After that I did insufflations and ozone sauna but I couldn't stand the rashes (ozone treatment on the skin can give some terrible rashes). I would still be doing sauna treatments if the skin irritations weren't so bad (I could barely sleep due to weeping, itchy skin).

Ozone skin rash is exactly what person looks for in treating lyme. I dont have them...
But it means the treatment is working and the rashes will subside when infection is cleared, I saw this in two cases
